1. Agreement
By creating an account or using Tranquiliva, you agree to these Terms, the Privacy Policy, applicable Subscription Terms and Community Guidelines. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. Eligibility
You must meet the minimum age and consent requirements stated during registration and be legally able to enter this agreement. Youth access rules and guardian-consent processes must be specified in the production terms.
3. Wellbeing and safety limits
Tranquiliva provides educational, reflective and peer-support tools. It does not provide medical diagnosis, psychotherapy, medication advice or emergency services. Screening scores and AI responses are informational and may be incomplete or inaccurate.
4. Accounts and security
Provide accurate registration information, protect your authentication methods and notify Tranquiliva of suspected unauthorised access. You are responsible for activity conducted through your account unless applicable law provides otherwise.
Do not access another person’s account, evade safety controls, probe security protections, automate abusive traffic or interfere with service availability.
5. Community participation
Community areas use anonymous identities but are not guaranteed to be confidential. Follow the Community Guidelines and do not share identifying information. Tranquiliva may review, restrict or remove content and accounts to enforce safety and legal requirements.
6. AI-assisted features
AI output is generated automatically and may contain errors. Do not treat it as professional advice or use it to make high-stakes decisions without qualified human review. You may not use the AI features to generate prohibited, exploitative, unlawful or harmful material.
7. CauseCanvas projects
You are responsible for reviewing campaign facts, rights, licences, accessibility, safety wording and platform requirements before publishing. Source suggestions and generated concepts require independent verification.
8. Subscriptions and payments
Premium access, renewal, cancellation, refunds and payment processing are governed by the Subscription Terms displayed before purchase. Premium status is activated only after verified payment confirmation.
9. Content and intellectual property
You retain rights you hold in journals, posts and campaign content. You grant Tranquiliva the limited rights necessary to host, process, display and moderate content for the requested service. Public community content may remain in replies or moderation records after deletion where legally permitted.
Tranquiliva names, branding, interface designs and service software are protected and may not be copied or misrepresented.
10. Restriction, suspension and termination
Access may be limited or terminated for serious or repeated violations, safety risk, fraud, legal requirements or threats to the service. Where appropriate, notices explain the reason, duration and appeal route.
11. Availability and changes
Features may change, pause or end. Reasonable efforts will be made to protect access and communicate material changes, but uninterrupted availability is not guaranteed.
12. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
The final provisions must reflect mandatory Ghanaian consumer protections and may not exclude rights or responsibilities that cannot legally be excluded. Tranquiliva is not responsible for decisions made solely from screening or AI output, third-party links or member-provided community content, except where applicable law provides otherwise.
13. Governing law and contact
The final terms should specify the legal entity, Ghanaian governing law, dispute escalation and competent courts or alternative resolution process. Questions can be sent through the contact page.
