Do not request or share real names, phone numbers, locations, workplaces or payment information.
Do not pressure someone to disclose, reply, follow advice or remain in a conversation.
Graphic descriptions, methods, instructions, encouragement or glorification of self-harm, suicide, violence or abuse are prohibited.
Do not diagnose another member, prescribe treatment, advise medication changes or present unsupported health claims as fact.
Threats, hateful content, sexual exploitation, bullying, stalking, coercion and targeted humiliation are prohibited.
Doxxing, requests for personal contact details, impersonation and sharing another person’s private content are prohibited.
Advertising, fundraising requests, recruitment, scams, payment solicitation and off-platform transactions are not allowed.
Tranquiliva may interrupt posting, display crisis resources, restrict a thread or send content for urgent human review. Community members are not expected to manage a crisis alone.
